What actually played, shown from the record.
Sooner or later somebody asks whether the notice, the campaign, or the shift board actually appeared on the screens. Without a playback record the answer is an assurance. In Lima every playback is logged, reported, and available for export.
The report shows four things for every display.
A report covers the last 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, with hourly and daily charts, and it exports as CSV.
Availability. How long each display was reachable over the period, with the trend across it.
Playback records. Hourly and daily charts show when content played. How long a campaign or a notice was on air is shown from these records.
Content that never played. Content that was uploaded and never broadcast is listed separately. The usual cause is a schedule set outside the location's opening hours.
Error distribution. Playback errors are grouped by type, so a recurring problem does not disappear among individual incidents.
The report goes into correspondence or an audit file.
The CSV export can be attached to an invoice, a safety file, or correspondence with a brand partner. A facilities manager uses it in the monthly service review without editing it first.
A gap in the report can also be checked on the spot. The screen detail page shows what a display is showing at that moment in a live screenshot, so what a display is actually playing is verified without a site visit.
A dark display does not wait for the monthly report.
The dashboard shows disk usage, content distribution, and display status at a glance. In the on-premises edition, a display that stops responding also raises an alarm by webhook or Zabbix, and the fault lands in the queue the operations team already watches.
The screen detail page brings together device information, the commands sent, and a live log of the conversation with the display. Whether a problem lies with the display, the network, or the content is distinguished there.

Send us the makes, models, and quantities of your displays, and the reporting periods you need. We will structure the demonstration around them.
